1. About the Services
Arvinder Arora provides communication, personality, delivery, presence, and business-oriented coaching services.
The Effortless & Unscripted Delivery Blueprint is an 1:1 coaching program designed to help participants improve areas such as:

The exact structure, duration, sessions, materials, and bonuses may vary depending on the program purchased.
2. Coaching Is Not a Guaranteed Outcome
The program provides coaching, frameworks, exercises, feedback, and guidance.
However, individual results vary.
We do not guarantee that participation will result in:
A specific incomeA specific number of clientsA specific conversion rateIncreased salesBusiness growthA particular career outcomeViral content or audience growth
Your results depend on multiple factors, including implementation, consistency, existing business conditions, market demand, offer quality, traffic, sales process, and other factors outside our control.
3. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when applying for or purchasing our services.
We reserve the right to decline an application or refuse enrollment where we believe the program is not appropriate for the applicant.
4. Payments
All program fees must be paid according to the payment terms communicated at the time of purchase.
Once payment has been successfully completed, your place in the program may be reserved and program delivery may begin according to the agreed schedule.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.
5. Coaching Sessions
For 1:1 coaching:
Sessions will be scheduled according to mutually available timings.Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time.If you need to reschedule, reasonable advance notice should be provided.Repeated missed sessions or failure to participate may affect your progress and eligibility under any applicable refund or guarantee terms.Session recordings or submitted materials may be reviewed as part of the coaching process.
Specific scheduling rules may be communicated separately during onboarding.
6. Participant Responsibilities
You understand that meaningful progress requires active participation.
You are expected to:
Attend scheduled sessionsComplete assigned exercisesSubmit requested recordings or practice materialsImplement the feedback providedCommunicate honestly about challenges and progressTake responsibility for your own business and professional decisions
Failure to participate may limit the effectiveness of the program.
7. Intellectual Property
All program materials, frameworks, exercises, recordings, documents, training resources, and other proprietary content provided by Arvinder Arora remain the intellectual property of Arvinder Arora unless otherwise stated.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own learning and development.
You may not:
Copy or reproduce proprietary materialsResell or redistribute program contentShare paid materials with third partiesUpload proprietary content to public platformsTeach or commercialize the proprietary framework without written permission8. Confidentiality
Participants may share personal, professional, or business information during coaching.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of such information, subject to legal requirements and necessary service providers.
Participants are also expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of any information shared by Arvinder Arora or other participants.
9. Testimonials and Results
We may request feedback or testimonials about your experience.
We will not publicly use identifiable testimonials, photographs, videos, or other promotional materials without appropriate permission or consent.
Individual results shown in marketing materials are examples and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed results.
10. Third-Party Services
The program or website may use third-party platforms for payments, scheduling, video calls, communication, hosting, or other services.
We are not responsible for interruptions, technical failures, policy changes, or actions of third-party platforms.

14. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a participant's access to the program if they:
Engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conductMisuse or distribute proprietary materialsAttempt to defraud the businessRepeatedly violate these Terms & ConditionsEngage in conduct that materially disrupts the coaching environment
Termination due to participant misconduct does not automatically create a right to a refund.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
